On The House - Shiraz - 30 Bottle Red Wine Kit

This On The House Shiraz red wine kit produces a rich dark red, smooth, medium bodied wine with firm tannins, rich in flavours of  jammy plum, blackberry and subtle black pepper. A great wine to enjoy on it's own or with steaks and red meats.

The strength will be somewhere around the 12% ABV mark. If you like it stronger though just add less water for a higher concentrated brew.

Tip: You don't need to the oak chips.  Leaving them out will remove the fruit-cake and chocolatey notes.  This allows the flavours of plum, blackberries, cherries and red fruits to shine through.

Fermenting will only take around 4 weeks or so but with any wine it gets better with age so be patient and let it mature away, it'll be worth it. These larger kits are excellent value for money providing you with up to 30 750ml bottles of good quality liquid at a fraction of the cost of a supermarket wine.

No extra sugar is required as this is a premium, all inclusive homebrew wine kit. Basic equipment is required.
